Here is a Sample Report of the report you will receive within 24 hours (Usually about 3 hours after the inspection) upon completion of your home inspection. The Inspection report needs to be easy to follow, read, ledgable and comprehensive. I use one of the top report software programs in the industry. My report template has been copied by numerous other inspectors.

I pride myself for each Inspection report I provide to my clients. Numerous photos are included with an explanation of the component(s) condition. Color schemes are used to separate safety hazards, general comments or a significant repair.

A report binder package is available including a manual for property maintenance and a tabbed section for keeping proper records. Numerous homes I inspect are poorly maintained and very few homes have documentation on updated features of the home. I take the extra step to help you take care of your home.

I do not rush from one inspection to another so I can complete as many inspections in one day as I can. At the most I do 2 inspections per day, as each inspection and report needs to have the proper amount of time to produce a quality report product as I provide.

Your report is typically 30-50 pages, depending on the house condition, size and amount of photos included.
